Reviews and Ratings <br />
My stay at the resort was quite the mixed bag. On one hand, the warm welcome by the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel were highlights. However, the outdated room facilities and the limited dining options left something to be desired. The location was excellent for exploring local areas, but the service could be inconsistent depending on the staff you interacted with.
I had a fantastic time at the Marriott Mountainside during Christmas and New Year. The staff was truly exceptional, making us feel at home and ensuring we had a memorable holiday. Although some extras were a bit pricey and the New Year's Eve gala required an additional fee, it was worth every penny for the experience. The only downside was the additional costs for certain events, but overall, we felt very well taken care of.
My stay at the resort was really disappointing. The rooms felt old and not well-kept, especially the bathrooms, which had issues like cracked tiles and an unpleasant smell. The food was another letdown; despite being all-inclusive, the options were lacking in taste and variety. There were some positives like the hardworking animation team, but overall, it's not a place I’d recommend returning to.
I had a disappointing experience at this hotel, with the rooms needing significant renovation and poor acoustics making for a noisy stay. However, the friendly staff and the size of the pools were definite highlights. The gym's atmosphere left much to be desired as it felt very much like a basement. Breakfast options didn't appeal to me, but the coffee shop in the lobby was a nice alternative.
I had a lovely week at the hotel, enjoying a perfect blend of relaxation at the beach and convenience close to Naama Bay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, although they could use some modernization. The dining was decent, but could benefit from more variety, and while the service was generally good, I did encounter some frustrating moments. Overall, I appreciated the serene atmosphere and the value for money.
